近年来,生物传感器的迅速发展引起人们极大的兴趣.生物传感器家族中的组织传感器(Biosensors Based on Tissues)的研究颇受瞩目.组织传感器从酶源上可分为动物组织传感器和植物组织传感器两大类.本文着重对植物组织传感器的近年研究进展作一概述.自从1981年第一只黄南瓜植物组织电极问世以来,植物的选材范围,既包括低等真菌类植物,也有高等种子植物.已证实,除正在研究的花卉组织电极以外,植物组织的根、茎、叶、花、果实和种子均可作为生物催化酶
In recent years, the rapid development of biosensors has drawn great interest.The research on biosensors based on Tissues attracts much attention.Human sensors can be divided into two types: biosensors and plant tissue sensors This article focuses on the recent progress of plant tissue sensor research.On 1981, the first zucchini plant tissue electrodes come out, the scope of selection of plants, including both low fungi plants, but also higher seed plants. It has been demonstrated that roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds of the plant tissue can be used as biocatalytic enzymes in addition to the flower tissue electrodes under study
