在近日召开的全国公安“三基”基层“打基础”、苦练“基本功”,工程建设工作会议上,铁岭市公安局作为全国公安“三基”工程建设重要参观典型单位,接受了国家公安部部长周永康以及各省公安厅(局)长等与会代表的参观视察。周永康部长在参观视察后,对铁岭公安“三基”工程建设给予了高度评价。陪同视察的辽宁省委书记李克强也对铁岭公安“三基”工程建设给予了充分肯定。铁岭公安“三基”工程建设何以得到各级领导的高度评价和充分肯定,日前,记者就此采访了铁岭市公安局局长谷凤杰。
