“诚实信用”是房地产经纪机构可持续发展的前提条件,然而为了追求眼前利益,房地产经纪服务中出现各种各样的失信行为。信用缺失迫使交易成本提高,直接侵害当事人的合法权益,中介中的信用退化已成为制约房地产市场进一步发展的瓶颈。从房地产经纪业的信用缺失问题及其后果入手,分析其原因,提出了构建房地产经纪业信用机制的方法和途径。
“Honesty and credit” is the prerequisite for the sustainable development of real estate brokerage institutions. However, in order to pursue the immediate interests, various kinds of dishonesty occur in real estate brokerage services. Lack of credit forced the transaction costs increase, directly infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, and the credit degeneration in the intermediary has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the real estate market. Starting from the problem of credit shortage in real estate brokerage industry and its consequences, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward ways and means of building credit mechanism in real estate brokerage industry.
