对 35 例乳癌石蜡切片分别用抗血管内皮生长因子( V E G F)和抗八因子相关抗原(Ⅷ F R Ag)单抗进行免疫组化染色,以探讨 V E G F 的表达水平、微血管密度( M V D)及腋窝淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果显示,腋窝淋巴结有转移者 V E G F 阳性率和 M V D 分别为 7778% 和 9382±2176,无转移者为1768% 和 4350±1103,二者呈正相关。 V E G F 表达和 M V D 不仅可作为乳癌预后指标,而且通过抑制 V E G F 表达和抗血管生成治疗可防止肿瘤复发和转移。对选择其他疗法亦有参考价值。
35 cases of breast cancer paraffin sections were immunohistochemically stained with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (V E G F) and anti-factor eight related antigen (VIII FR Ag) monoclonal antibodies to investigate the expression level of V E G F, The relationship between microvessel density (MVD) and axillary lymph node metastasis. The results showed that the positive rates of V E G F and M V D in metastatic axillary lymph nodes were 77.78% and 93.82±21.76, respectively, and those with no metastases were 17.8% and 43.5%. The two are positively related. V E G F expression and M V D not only serve as prognostic indicators of breast cancer, but also prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis by inhibiting V E G F expression and anti-angiogenic therapy. There are also reference values for choosing other therapies.
