企业活力系统外部结构问题涉及复杂系统、环境与管理之间的关系．本文首先应用动态系统演进理论、场理论等的观点，对处于向社会主义市场经济体制过渡时期中的我国企业系统与外界环境之间的交互关系进行了描述。针对这种动态性交互结构建立一种运动方程，或称之为企业活力系统外部结构元模型。然后分别求解处于过渡、突变以及其它结构性变化时的方程解，并应用其结果分别对企业与政府、企业之间等动态交互关系进行了刻划。
The external structure of the enterprise vital system involves the relationship between complex systems, environment and management. This paper first applies the perspective of dynamic system evolution theory and field theory to describe the interaction between the Chinese enterprise system and the external environment in the transition period to the socialist market economy system. A motion equation is established for this dynamic interaction structure, or it is called the external structure metamodel of the enterprise vital system. Then solve the equation solutions in the transition, mutation, and other structural changes, and apply the results to characterize the dynamic interactions between the enterprise, the government, and the company.
