利用图像分析系统(ICM)对77例甲状腺腺瘤、不典型腺瘤及各型癌进行检测。结果显示腺瘤同不典型腺瘤比较,DNA指数无明显区别(P>005);两者与癌比较则具有显著性差异(P<001)。DNA倍体分析结果表明,腺瘤、不典型腺瘤以及乳头状腺癌在3-4c处形成主峰值,而滤泡癌、髓样癌及未分化癌倍体直方图明显右移,主峰位居>5c处。不典型腺癌与滤泡癌比较,无论DI值还是DNA倍体值均有显著性差异(P<001),表明DNA图像分析可为甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供定量依据,并可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的重要指标。
Using image analysis system (ICM) to detect 77 cases of thyroid adenoma, atypical adenoma and various types of cancer. The results showed that compared with atypical adenomas, adenomas had no significant difference in DNA index (P>005); there was a significant difference between them (P<001). DNA ploidy analysis showed that adenomas, atypical adenomas, and papillary adenocarcinomas formed a major peak at 3-4c, whereas the ploidy histograms of follicular, medullary, and undifferentiated carcinomas were clearly shifted to the right. Compared with follicular carcinoma, atypical adenocarcinoma showed significant difference in DI value and DNA ploidy value (P<001), indicating that DNA image analysis can provide quantitative basis for the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumor and can be used as a judgment.
