在河南某部服役的战士李亮,家里因宅基地纠纷,父亲被人打伤。李亮按照“维权服务联系卡”所提供的地址,写信向乡人武部求助。没过多久,打人者便受到了相应处理,并赔了李亮父亲的医疗费。这只是北京卢沟桥乡人武部维护军人军属权益众多事件中的一个镜头。据统计,近三年来,卢沟桥乡建立的军人军属合法权益机构,已为军人军属提供法律咨询216人次,调解军地纠纷35起。接待军人军属来访254人次,协调法院审结涉军案件11起,有效地维护了军人军属的合法权益,促进了军地和谐发展。卢沟桥乡地处北京两南郊,既是兵员大乡(近三年该乡有119名青年应征入伍),也是拥有12万人口的农业大乡。随着改革的深入和利益关系的调整,军人军属遇到的涉法问题有逐年上升趋势。针对这种情况,卢沟桥乡人武部积极搭起为军人军属解除后顾之忧的桥梁,
