建立机场仪表飞行程序的目的,是保证航空器在机场区域内按规定程序安全而有秩序地飞行,仪表飞行程序设计应遵循安全、经济、简便的原则。机场导航设施的布局应首先符合飞行程序的要求,导航设施布局的合理与否直接关系到飞行的安全和效益。从通信导航的角度看,导航设施布局有它的一套标准和规范,这无可厚非。然而从飞行程序设计的角度看,诸多的导航设施布局存在着不合理之处,直接关系到其可利用的价值。
The purpose of establishing the flight procedures of the airport instrument is to ensure the safe and orderly flight of the aircraft within the airport area in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The design of the flight procedures of the instrument should follow the principles of safety, economy and simplicity. The layout of the airport navigation facilities should first meet the requirements of the flight procedures. The reasonable layout of the navigation facilities is directly related to the safety and effectiveness of the flights. From the perspective of communications and navigation, navigation facilities layout has its own set of standards and norms, which is understandable. However, from the viewpoint of flight programming, there are unreasonable layouts of many navigation facilities, which are directly related to the available value.
