采用电刺激或毁损家兔下丘脑食欲中枢不同部位(LHA和VMH)的方法,观察胃电和胃肠运动变化。刺激LHA或WH均能诱发胃电和胃机械运动的增强,但刺激VMH作用更为明显,与刺激LHA比较,表现为所需刺激强度小,潜伏期短,诱发后增强持续时间长,胃肠运动幅度增大,频率加快。毁损VMH后刺激LHA,胃电和胃肠运动仅有轻度增强,胃肠张力明显下降。提示,VMH的完整性对维持正常胃肠活动具有重要意义,且具有相对独立性。
Electro-stimulation or disruption of different parts of the hypothalamus appetite in rabbits (LHA and VMH) was used to observe changes of gastric and gastrointestinal motility. VMH damage after stimulation of LHA, gastric electrical and gastrointestinal motility increased only mildly, gastrointestinal tension decreased significantly. It is suggested that the integrity of VMH is important for maintaining normal gastrointestinal activities and is relatively independent.
