针对潮湿细粒煤炭分级易于堵塞、分级效率低的特点,研制了一种新型的复合式气流分级设备。该设备利用振动力与气力的复合作用,用于6mm以下、外在水分>15%的物料分级。主要介绍了分级设备原理,并通过试验,探究了设备的结构参数及操作因素对分级效率的影响,以检验设备的分级性能。试验结果表明,当外在水分为8%时,分级效率为79.52%,当外在水分达到14%时,分级效率仍可达60.77%。
In view of the characteristics of wet fine coal grade easy to block, low grade efficiency, developed a new type of composite air flow classification equipment. The device uses the combination of vibration and air force, for 6mm below the external moisture> 15% of the material classification. Mainly introduced the principle of classification equipment, and through the test, to explore the structural parameters of the equipment and operating factors on the classification efficiency, in order to test the grading performance of equipment. The experimental results show that when the external moisture is 8%, the classification efficiency is 79.52%. When the external moisture reaches 14%, the classification efficiency can still reach 60.77%.
