寒潮天气过程的风浪是渤海最危险的大浪之一。本文通过对1968年11月上旬一次寒潮天气过程风浪的连续资料分析,指出冬春季节,寒潮过境后偏北大风期间,渤海湾海域风浪频率谱的发展和消衰主要受制于风速。文章还讨论了风浪谱形状参数和尺度参数的变化规律,给出相应计算公式。
The stormy weather is one of the most dangerous waves in the Bohai Sea. Based on the continuous data analysis of the wind and waves during a cold wave in early November 1968, the paper points out that the development and decline of the frequency spectrum of the wind and waves in the Bohai Bay Sea are mainly controlled by the wind speed during the winter and spring and the northerly gales after the cold wave transits. The article also discussed the variation rules of the shape parameters and the scale parameters of the wind wave spectrum, and gave the corresponding formulas.
