本实验测定了胶州湾四个主要蛤仔产区海水、底泥(表层沉积物)和蛤仔体内Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd四种重金属的含量,并采用紫露草微核技术测定了重金属污染的微核效应,以便了解生物遗传物质受损伤的程度。
In this experiment, the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd in seawater, sediment (surface sediment) and the four species of Ruditapes philippinarum were measured and the content of heavy metals Micronucleus effect in order to understand the extent of damage to biological genetic material.
