对１７例预激综合征并阵发性室上性心动过速（ＰＳＶＴ）病人施行射频消融术。１６例为单房室旁道（ＡＰ），１例为双ＡＰ。１４条左侧旁道及１条右侧旁道消融获得成功，成功率为８２．４％。无严重并发症。随访１～１３个月仅１例右前膈ＡＰ复发。射频消融是治疗房室折返性心动过速的有效方法，今后应加强右侧ＡＰ消融的研究。
Radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed in 17 patients with pre-excitation syndrome and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). 16 cases of single atrioventricular (AP), 1 case of double AP. 14 left bypass and 1 right bypass succeeded, with a success rate of 82.4%. No serious complications. Only 1 case of right anterior mediastinal AP recurrence was followed up from 1 to 13 months. Radiofrequency ablation is an effective method for the treatment of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, and research on the right AP ablation should be strengthened in the future.
