血管瘤的治疗方法很多,冷冻治疗是其中一种简便而实用的治疗方法,尤其适用于表浅的口腔颌面部血管瘤。本文对86例口腔颌面部血管瘤选择性地进行了冷冻治疗。通过近、远期观察,总有效率为90.8％,其中78％达到了治愈。本文对影响冷冻治疗效果的诸因素,如血管瘤的不同类型、大小、冷冻时间等进行了讨论。由于冷冻治疗颌面部血管瘤具有疗效肯定、经济、操作简便、不需要特殊条件,治疗时间短及无绝对禁忌症等特点,因此是值得推广的疗法。
There are many ways to treat hemangiomas. Cryotherapy is one of the simple and practical treatments, especially for superficial oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas. In this paper, 86 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas were selectively treated with cryotherapy. Through near and long-term observation, the total effective rate was 90.8%, of which 78% achieved cure. This article discusses the factors that affect the effectiveness of cryotherapy, such as different types of hemangiomas, size, freezing time, and so on. Cryotherapy for maxillofacial hemangioma is worth promoting because of its curative effect, economy, simple operation, no special conditions, short treatment time and no absolute contraindications.
