This paper reports the experimental results of an organic polymer heterojunction LED consisting of a layer of electron transport material (PPQ) and a layer of hole transport material (PDDOPV). Although the turn-on voltage of a two-layer device is higher than that of a single-layer device , But it is a certain voltage, the current density is reduced by an order of magnitude, but the brightness has increased by nearly two orders of magnitude
