高效课堂是为了提高教师的工作效益,是一种现代教学理念。在我们平时的教学中普遍存在着教师“无效”工作的悲哀和“低效”劳动的哀叹。特别是数学课堂教学,如果不进行教学方式的改变和教学手段的更新,课堂就很容易流于满堂灌和题海战术的旧泥潭。这是新课程理念下所有数学教师都不愿重蹈的覆辙。本学期,我校开展了全校大教研活动一一高效课堂,笔者作为数学高效课堂的示范课参与者之一,谈谈我的实践与体会。一、精心设计教案是高效课堂的基础精心设计教案是上好一节课的关键。没有生成的课堂
