利用从Pi4B,Pi4G,Pi26,Pi02,PiG11和Pi16 6个基因位点对应的SSR引物中筛选出的两对引物Pi4G和Pi16对重庆134个致病疫霉菌株进行了SSR基因型分析.Pi4G位点扩增出1个大小为201bp的清晰条带,Pi16位点处扩增出1或2个清晰的条带,大小为217bp和180bp,在这2个SSR基因位点共发现3个等位基因,2种基因型,命名为CQ-01,CQ-02.其中,CQ-01基因型数量占总数的93.3%,CQ-02基因型占6.7%.重庆各马铃薯主产区之间致病疫霉SSR基因型并未呈现出明显的差异,SSR基因型较单一.
The SSR genotypes of 134 Phytophthora infestans isolates in Chongqing were analyzed using two pairs of primers, Pi4G and Pi16, selected from the SSR primers corresponding to six loci of Pi4B, Pi4G, Pi26, Pi02, PiG11 and Pi16. One clear band with a size of 201bp was amplified by dot amplification. One or two clear bands were amplified at Pi16 locus with sizes of 217bp and 180bp. Three alleles were found in these two SSR loci Among them, CQ-01 accounted for 93.3% of the total number of genotypes and CQ-02 genotypes accounted for 6.7% .Politics among major potato producing areas in Chongqing Phytophthora SSR genotype did not show a significant difference, SSR genotype than single.
