急性病毒性黄胆型肝炎是急性病毒性肝炎的一种临床类型,属中医所称之阳黄范畴,且发热重于湿型,占我院同期肝炎住院病人的29％左右。由于黄胆深,病程长,有些病例退黄甚难,治疗原则必须强调中西医结合的综合疗法,重点是清退黄胆,缩短黄胆期,特别是缩短高胆红素血症时间,以改善本病的预后,现介绍一种中西医结合疗法如下:
