应用放射免疫法测定４９例钩端螺旋体病患者血清肌红蛋白（Ｍｂ）和β２一微球蛋白（β２一ＭＧ）的变化。结果发现钧端螺旋体病患者血清Ｍｂ和β２一ＭＧ显著高于对照组，其中２ｌ例合并心电图改变者血清Ｍｂ明显高于无改变者，１４例合并肾功能损害者β２一ＭＧ显著高于无损害者。
Serum myoglobin (Mb) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 49 patients with leptospirosis.
