【摘要】目的:觀察超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑黄疣的临床疗效。方法:对35例睑黄疣患者进行超脉冲CO2激光治疗,并设立30例睑黄疣患者进行连续CO2激光治疗进行对照。结果:超脉冲CO2激光治疗组痊愈24例,显效7例,有效率达到88.3%;连续CO2激光治疗组痊愈8例,显效14例,有效率达72.5%。两组有效率经X2检验(X2=7.924,P<0.05),两组间有效率比较差异有显著性。结论:超脉冲CO2激光治疗组有效率明显高于连续CO2激光治疗组。

Results: Ultra pulse CO2 laser therapy group recovered 24 cases, excellent 7 cases, the effective rate was 88.3%; continuous CO2 laser therapy group recovered 8 cases, excellent 14 cases, the effective rate was 72.5%. Two efficient X2 test (X2=7.924,P<0.05), significant efficiency comparison of differences between the two groups. Conclusion: the effective rate of the ultra pulse CO2 laser in the treatment group is significantly higher than continuous CO2 laser in the treatment group.
