为了解围护墙板对平面钢框架受力性能的影响及带墙板钢框架空间受力性能,运用ANSYS有限元软件首先建立强轴及弱轴带墙板平面框架,分析墙板对空框架的影响。在此基础上,建立单跨两层空间框架模型,分析在不同墙板布置形式下带墙板钢框架的空间受力性能。结果表明:纵向框架带有墙板时能够使横向空框架承载力提高20%以上。工程设计中可通过在框架每层设置弹簧单元调节空框架的层间刚度来考虑墙板的作用,通过对6层框架结构的分析验证了该方法是可行的。
In order to know the influence of the wallboard on the force performance of the flat steel frame and the space force performance of the wallboard steel frame, ANSYS finite element software is firstly used to establish the plane frame of the strong axis and the weak axis wallboard, Impact. On this basis, a single-span two-story space frame model is established to analyze the space force performance of the steel plate with a wall panel under the different layout of the wall panels. The results show that the longitudinal frame with a wall panel can increase the bearing capacity of transverse empty frame by more than 20%. In the engineering design, the effect of the wallboard can be considered by adjusting the interlayer stiffness of the hollow frame by arranging the spring units at each layer of the frame. The analysis of the six-layer frame structure proves that the method is feasible.
