Party building work plays an important role in the building of enterprise culture. Party building in enterprises is the organizational basis and ideological foundation for cultivating a good corporate culture. It is an inevitable requirement to cultivate a good corporate culture by incorporating the construction of corporate culture into the contents of party building in enterprises and making the organization of corporate parties the core force in corporate culture building.
