本文介绍了苏乐康胶囊对小鼠抗辐射和调节免疫功能作用的实验结果。对受过~(60)Coγ射线照射的小鼠给予苏乐康胶囊,观察小鼠存活时间及足垫迟发型超敏反应和T淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘脂酶(ANAE)反应。结果表明,苏乐康胶囊对受7Gy剂量照射的雄性小鼠可延长其平均存活时间;对辐射损伤(或正常)小鼠有增强T淋巴细胞活性,抑制ANAE阳性细胞和其亚群Ts细胞下降,增强机体免疫功能的作用。
This article describes the experimental results of the effect of Su Le Kang Capsule on radiation resistance and regulation of immune function in mice. Su Lokang capsules were administered to mice exposed to 60Co γ-rays to observe the survival time of mice, delayed hypersensitivity of footpads, and T-lymphocyte α-acetonaphthase (ANAE) response. The results showed that the male mice exposed to 7 Gy dose could prolong the average survival time of Su Lekang capsules; T lymphocyte activity was enhanced in radiation-injured (or normal) mice, and the decline of ANAE-positive cells and their subpopulations of Ts cells was inhibited.
