根据临床工作中对烧伤及外伤治疗中防治复合感染的要求,我院研制的氯紫霜在烧伤及外伤的治疗中收到满意效果,现介绍如下。 1 处方与制备方法 处方 氯霉素50g硬脂酸630g紫草1500g羊毛脂105g虎杖2500g凡士林630g灭滴灵125g甘油420g尼泊金乙酯10g三乙醇胺230ml蒸馏水2000ml制备方法 ①紫草油的制备 取植物油1500g,紫草1500g剪碎,文火煎炸30min。用11层纱布过滤去渣即得。②虎杖液的制备 取虎杖2500g、洗净,文火煎煮两次,每30min。合并煎液,浓缩至250ml。③取紫草油、硬脂酸、羊毛脂、
