文中详述了在低压区域于1100℃以下合成金刚石的动向及其存在的问题,分析了与金刚石同时析出的类金刚石碳、i-C的成因及抑制手段。
In this paper, the trends of diamond synthesis at 1100 ℃ and its existence in the low pressure region are discussed in detail. The formation and inhibition of diamond-like carbon and i-C precipitated simultaneously with diamond are analyzed.
