目的研究脑梗死和高同型半胱氨酸之间的相关性。方法 58例脑梗死患者作为A组,58例进行体检的健康者作为B组,研究脑梗死和高同型半胱氨酸之间的相关性。结果高同型半胱氨酸检测结果显示,A组男性水平为(18.5±0.2)μmol/L,女性水平为(13.9±2.1)μmol/L;B组男性水平为(11.4±1.1)μmol/L,女性水平为(10.5±1.5)μmol/L,A组男性升高水平高于女性(P<0.05)。回归分析发现,性别、年龄、叶酸水平是影响脑梗死患者高同型半胱氨酸水平的重要因素。结论脑梗死患者中男性的高同型半胱氨酸升高水平比女性高,且性别、年龄、叶酸水平是影响脑梗死患者高同型半胱氨酸的高危因素。
Objective To study the correlation between cerebral infarction and homocysteine. Methods Fifty-eight patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in group A and 58 healthy subjects were selected as group B to study the correlation between cerebral infarction and homocysteine. Results The results of homocysteine test showed that the level of male in group A was (18.5 ± 0.2) μmol / L and that of female was 13.9 ± 2.1 μmol / L in group A, and (11.4 ± 1.1) μmol / L in group B , And the level of females was (10.5 ± 1.5) μmol / L. The level of males in group A was higher than that of females (P <0.05). Regression analysis found that gender, age, folic acid levels are important factors affecting the level of homocysteine in patients with cerebral infarction. Conclusions The elevated homocysteine level in male patients with cerebral infarction is higher than that in female patients. And the gender, age, and folic acid levels are the risk factors of hyperhomocysteine in patients with cerebral infarction.
