构建和谐校园是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程,离不开高校团组织的参与,团组织在完善教育的内容和形式、促进大学生全面和谐发展、消除当前存在的不和谐因素等方面发挥着重要的作用。建设和谐校园也对高校共青团工作提出了新的要求,要引导大学生树立和谐的价值观,要为大学生的成长成才铺垫进步阶梯,要建设体现社会主义特点、时代特征和学校特色的和谐校园文化,要加强共青团的自身能力建设。
