讨论了悬臂式掘进机远程可视化控制系统的组成、设计方案及关键技术,通过对远程控制系统、通讯系统、声音视频传输系统、姿态仪技术、激光传感器技术和磁致位移传感器技术的研究,实现了掘进机位姿自动检测、断面自动截割成形的控制功能,为未来安全高效的巷道掘进提供技术支持,该技术能够满足煤矿井下复杂环境使用,可推广应用到其他煤矿设备上。
The composition, design scheme and key technologies of the remote visualization control system of cantilever roadheader are discussed. Through the research of remote control system, communication system, audio and video transmission system, attitude instrument technology, laser sensor technology and magnetostrictive displacement sensor technology, The automatic boring machine attitude detection and cross-section automatic cutting and forming control functions provide technical support for safe and efficient tunneling in the future. The technology can meet the requirements of complex environments in coal mines and can be extended to other coal mining equipment.
