针对QG325型切管机液压缸杆端向心关节轴承工作时主要是向心内外圈疲劳磨损破坏问题,采用Solidworks建立了简化的杆端向心关节轴承三维模型;通过ANSYS workbench13.0瞬态动力分析模块对其进行实际工况下动应力分析,找出了杆端向心关节轴承最大应力集中处。在此基础上利用ANSYS workbench13.0的疲劳分析模块实现对杆端向心关节轴承的接触疲劳寿命分析,获取杆端向心关节轴承在实际工况下的接触疲劳寿命,有效预测零件的工作寿命。
For QG325-type pipe cutter hydraulic cylinder rod end to the heart bearing work is mainly to the heart inner ring and outer ring fatigue wear and tear damage, the use of Solidworks to establish a simplified three-dimensional model of the rod end to heart bearing; through the ANSYS workbench13.0 transient power Analysis module to analyze the dynamic stress under the actual conditions and find out the maximum stress concentration point of the rod-end spherical plain bearings. Based on this, the fatigue analysis module of ANSYS workbench13.0 is used to analyze the contact fatigue life of the rod-end spherical plain bearings. The contact fatigue life of the rod-end radial spherical plain bearings under actual working conditions is obtained, and the working life of the part is effectively predicted .
