当前南方部分成品油销售企业在不断创造利润神话的同时,在人力资源可持续发展问题上却遇到了各种各样的问题。石油企业要实现持久、有效、全面的发展,必须打造一支稳定且高素质的团队。面对当前的基层人员高流失率及基层员工总体上素质较低的现状,人力资源部门应转变观念,把更多的精力用于员工的培训。这种培训不能局限于职业技能方面,而应着眼于公司长远战略目标的实现。从这个意义上讲职业道德教育起着举足轻重的作用。
At present, while some oil product sales enterprises in the southern part of China continue to create profit myths, they have encountered various problems in the sustainable development of human resources. To achieve lasting, effective and comprehensive development of petroleum enterprises, it is necessary to create a stable and high-quality team. Faced with the current high turnover rate of grass-roots personnel and the overall low-quality grass-roots staff status, human resources departments should change their concepts and devote more energy to staff training. This training can not be limited to occupational skills, but should focus on the company’s long-term strategic goals. In this sense, professional ethics education plays a decisive role.
