北京市南水北调东干渠工程向第九水厂反向输水为一种新的非设计输水工况,分析了这种输水方式的必要性、可行性,计算得出该输水方式的最大输水能力,并且对其实施环节提出了合理建议。该输水方式的实施有助于解决目前北京市南水北调加大调水入京水量的瓶颈问题,加快北京市南水北调工程向密云水库蓄水的速度,对多调江水入京缓解北京市水紧缺、提高北京市南水北调水资源配置效率有重要意义。
Water Transfer Project of East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Beijing Municipality to Reverse Water Transfer to No.9 Water Treatment Plant is a new non-designed water transfer condition. The necessity and feasibility of this water transfer mode are analyzed. The maximum Water delivery capacity, and put forward reasonable suggestions for its implementation. The implementation of the water conveyance mode can help to solve the bottleneck problem of increasing water diversion into Beijing by the Beijing South Water Transfer Project and speeding up the storage of water from the South to North Water Diversion Project in Beijing to Miyun Reservoir so as to relieve the water shortage in Beijing and increase the water shortage in Beijing The efficiency of water resources allocation in South Water Transfer Project is of great significance.
