基本原理扩散焊接是一种以固态扩散为基础的特种焊接方法,焊接材料借助于给定的压力和温度,在焊接材料接触面之间产生原子置换反应,形成一个过渡区域称混晶区,从而达到材料连接。因此扩散焊接的前提条件是:A材料必须能够接受B材料的原子,即B材料的原子必须小于A材料原子(如图1所示)。对某些不能互相扩散的材料,还可以选择原子半径小的材料作中间层进行扩散焊接(如图2所示)。
Fundamentals Diffusion welding is a kind of special welding method based on solid state diffusion.
