日本血吸虫卵源性组分抗原SjR47可诱导小鼠产生明显的抗虫卵肉芽肿病变保护性免疫力。本文对免疫小鼠脾T淋巴细胞亚群表型动态和抗体免疫应答进行了研究,结果显示SjR47免疫小鼠的CD4+和CD8+T细胞水平,在感染后早期(4wk)升高,随后下降,至感染后8wk时,CD4+和CD8+T细胞比值<1.00,呈免疫抑制现象。SjR47免疫小鼠感染后0~12wk时血清抗SjR47抗体(IgG)水平显著高于抗SEA抗体水平,也显著高于同时期的佐剂和感染对照组小鼠抗SjR47抗体水平(P<0.01),进一步测定小鼠血清特异性抗体IgG及其亚类表明,SjR47免疫小鼠的IgG1水平升高非常显著。实验结果表明,SjR47免疫小鼠后诱导的抗虫卵肉芽肿病变保护性免疫力与细胞免疫及体液免疫均密切相关,其中IgG1抗体可能起着重要作用。
SjR47, an oocyst component antigen of Schistosoma japonicum, can induce mice to develop protective immunity against insect granuloma. In this paper, we investigated the phenotypic dynamics and immune responses of splenic T lymphocyte subsets in immunized mice. The results showed that the CD4 + and CD8 + T cell levels of SjR47-immunized mice increased at the early stage of infection (4wk) and then decreased to infection After 8wk, CD4 + and CD8 + T cell ratio <1.00, immunosuppression. SjR47 immunized mice at 0 ~ 12wk serum anti-SjR47 antibody (IgG) levels were significantly higher than the anti-SEA antibody levels, but also significantly higher than the same period of adjuvant and infected control mice anti-SjR47 antibody levels (P <0. 01). Further determination of mouse serum-specific IgG and its subclasses showed that the IgG1 level in SjR47-immunized mice was very high. The experimental results show that SjR47 immunized mice induced protective immunity of insect-resistant egg granuloma cell immune and humoral immunity are closely related, of which IgG1 antibody may play an important role.
