北京住宅建设总公司所承担的亚运会北郊工程中,采用了很多科研成果,以新技术促进施工生产,对按期完成任务起了很重要的作用。1.双钢筋技术应用研究在亚运村全现浇高级运动员公寓等37栋56万平方米工程中应用了双钢筋叠合楼板预制底板,最大单板3.9×7.2米~2,最大空间已建成7.3×10.4米。双钢筋是由两根纵向平行的冷拔低碳钢丝与一定间隔的短横筋焊制而成的网格状钢筋,它与混凝土有良好的固着力,结构性能可靠,设计强度取值高,生产工艺简单,施工简便。在亚运村工程中大面积采用了双钢筋混凝土迭合楼板预制底板取代现浇楼板,缩短工期,减少装修作业,节约模板费用70%以上,节约钢

Application of Double Reinforcement Technology Application of double-reinforced laminated floor prefabricated floor slabs in 37 560,000-square-meter projects such as Yayuncun Cast-in-Place Senior Athletes’ Apartment etc., the largest veneer is 3.9 x 7.2 m~2, and the largest space has been built 7.3 x 10.4 meters. The double steel bar is a grid-like steel bar welded by two longitudinally parallel cold-drawn low-carbon steel wires and short spacers at certain intervals. It has good fixing force with the concrete, reliable structural performance, high design strength, and production. The process is simple and the construction is simple. In the Asian Games Village project, a large area of double-reinforced concrete superimposed floor prefabricated floor was used instead of cast-in-place floor slabs to shorten the construction period, reduce decoration work, save over 70% of the template cost, and save steel.
