目的:建立乳浆草药材的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对乳浆草药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定乳浆草药材中槲皮素含量,色谱柱为Alltima~(TM)C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(30∶70),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为360 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:TLC色谱中,供试品溶液在与对照药材色谱相同的位置上显相同颜色的斑点。HPLC法中槲皮素浓度在3.194~102.208μg·ml~(-1)范围内时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.68%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速、简便,结果准确,可用于乳浆草药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of whey herbs. Methods: Qualitative identification of milkvetch herb was carried out by TLC. The content of quercetin in milkvetch was determined by HPLC. The column was Alltima ™ C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (30:70), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1, the detection wavelength was 360 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: TLC chromatogram, the test solution in the same position as the reference drug chromatography was the same color spots. The HPLC method showed a good linear relationship between the concentration of quercetin and the peak area (r = 0.999 9) when the concentration of quercetin was in the range of 3.194 ~ 102.208μg · ml ~ (-1), the average recovery was 99.0% and the RSD was 1.68% = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of milk herb.
