近10年来,世界各地仿效“硅谷”模式纷纷建立起采的高科技园区,虽然发展水平和影响力还远不及硅谷,但在带动当地经济发展方面却功不可没。而中关村在国内科技园区的率先崛起,也使各地方政府对建立科技园区的热情不断高涨,政策扶植力度不断加大,从而吸引了大批的土地开发商投身于科技园区的开发。
In the past 10 years, various high-tech parks have been set up following the model of “Silicon Valley” all over the world. Although the development level and influence are far behind those in Silicon Valley, they have contributed to boosting local economic development. However, the first rise of Zhongguancun in the domestic science and technology park has also encouraged the enthusiasm of various local governments in setting up science and technology parks and kept increasing policy support, thus attracting a large number of land developers to devote themselves to the development of science and technology parks.
