南京链条厂由于资不抵债,经债权人申请,被秦淮区人民法院于一九九二年四月二日宣告破产还债。由秦淮区人民法院指定,市一轻、财政、审计、税务、物价、工商局有关人员组成财产清算组,接管该破产企业。清算组经过八个月的工作,完成了财产清算和债权债务的清理。通过清算,我们深深感到,导致该厂破产的主观、客观原因是多方面的,其中经济合同管理不善是重要因素。本文就清理中发现的合同管理方面的问题,略作介绍,望广大企业引以为训。
Nanjing Chain Factory due to insolvency, by the creditors, was Qinhuai District People’s Court April 2, 1992 declared bankruptcy. By Qinhuai District People’s Court designated a city light, finance, auditing, taxation, prices, the relevant personnel of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau liquidation group, to take over the bankrupt enterprises. After eight months of liquidation, the liquidation team completed the liquidation of property and the clearance of credits and debts. Through liquidation, we deeply feel that the subjective and objective reasons for bankruptcy of the factory are manifold. Among them, poor management of economic contracts is an important factor. This article on the contract management clean-up problems found, a little introduction, hope the vast number of enterprises cited as a guide.
