《国家社会科学基金项目2006年度课题指南》经全国哲学社会科学规划领导小组批准,于2005年12月23日在全国哲学社会科学规划办公室网站发布,同时在《光明日报》、中央电视台等媒体发布申报公告。《课题指南》中基础研究一般不列具体条目,只规定重点研究领域、申报范围和方向,申请人可按要求自行设计题目,选题要力求具有原创性或开拓性,避免低水平重复研究。应用对策研究(指南中带※的课题),申请人一般要按题申报(指不能改变题目基本含义)。项目申报所需的各种材料(包括《课题指南》、《申请书》及《活页》、《代码表》等)从全国哲学社会科学规划办公室网站下载(网址:http://www.npopss-cn.gov.cn),或向受理单位索取。各地受理申报时间从2005年12月23日起至2006年2月25日止。
