伴随经济社会的发展,职业教育的重要性显著增强,进入新世纪以来,国家对县级职教中心的政策扶持和资金投入逐年加大,县级职教中心基础设施建设有了长足进步,办学条件得到了较大的改善。在县级职教中心发展过程中,随着办学规模的扩大,专业教师与教学需求的矛盾日益显现。
With the development of economy and society, the importance of vocational education has been significantly enhanced. Since the beginning of the new century, the state has given more and more policy support and capital investment to the county-level vocational education center, making great progress in the infrastructure construction at the county-level vocational education center. Conditions have been greatly improved. In the process of the development of county-level vocational education center, with the expansion of the school-running scale, the contradiction between professional teachers and teaching needs is increasingly apparent.
