在研究α-方法测定镭时曾记述过一种用磷酸和氢氟酸分解试样分离镭的方法。这种方法在作某些修改后即能用于把镭转变为溶液进行爱曼测量。分析程序如下:称取1克试样置于20毫升铂坩埚中。向铂坩埚里加入0.1克BaCl_2和3-5毫升浓的HF。如称取试样为1-2克时在铂皿中分解较好,先用氢氟酸处理两次而后再用磷酸处理。在赶掉硅和HF后加入为样品重量八倍的正磷酸。盛有混酸的坩埚或铂皿在电热极微沸蒸干。而后,坩埚在喷灯上加热到暗红的灼热程度,并在这样的温度下保持到形成有粘滞性的物质。
In the study α-method for the determination of radium has been described with a phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid decomposition of the sample separation method of radium.
