高校服务社区是建设学习型社区、实现“全民阅读”的有效措施。而高校图书馆服务社区评价体系则是保障高校图书馆社区服务质量、促进高校图书馆服务水平不断提升的有力工具。本文结合对社会公众开放的实践经验对此进行了探索,初步构建了高校图书馆服务社区评价体系,以促使高校图书馆更好地服务社区。
Serving the community in colleges and universities is an effective measure to build a learning community and achieve “reading for all ”. However, the evaluation system of college library service community is a powerful tool to ensure the service quality of college library community and to promote the service level of university library. This article explores this with the practical experience of opening up to the public, and preliminarily constructs a community service evaluation system of university library so as to promote the library service to serve the community better.
