随着国家经济的发展和人们生活水平的提升,居民的消费需求和结构也在不断变化。在这个时期,政府财政的支出情况和居民消费之间的关系也就成为了目前我们所关注的一个重要话题。况且在居民消费滞后的情况之下,我国的宏观经济发展和运行也会受到一定的影响。因而在现阶段当中,地方政府应当确定较为明确和实际的支出政策,在保证居民基本消费需求的同时更好地提高他们生活质量。况且在上个世纪末期,我国的居民消费率处于一种较低的水平,而这也已经成为了经济发展的制约性问题之一,因而政府就需要通过多种积极的财政政策来促进居民消费的增长。因而在本文当中,便会对相关问题进行具体的说明。
