过去所做的经口镉蓄积实验,多用易溶于水的氯化镉。但实际情况镉从食品中进入人体是一个重大问题(如米污染地区)。镉进入人体后蓄积于脏器,特别是在肾脏的浓度、蓄积比例以及蛋白尿的发生等都应阐明。本实验是用不同的镉化物、不同浓度及给毒时间,观察对肝、肾内镉蓄积的影响。脏器中镉的分析,系用湿消化,螯合提取后,作原子吸收光谱测定。
Oral cadmium accumulation experiments done in the past, more soluble cadmium chloride.
