MGA ++ is a dedicated software for the analysis of the g-ray energy spectra of uranium and plutonium samples obtained using a planar HPGe detector spectrometer and for the determination of the isotopic abundances of uranium and plutonium, including MGA and MGA-U. The former is used for the analysis of the abundance of plutonium isotopes and the latter for the analysis of uranium isotope abundances.
