本文通过对新旧两版《归档文件整理规则》的比较,分析了新《规则》的优点和特色,并指出了不够完善之处,可为各单位档案部门学习和贯彻新版标准提供参考借鉴。
This article analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the new “rules” by comparing the old and the new version of “the rules of filing documents”, and points out the imperfections, which can provide reference for the departments of archives to learn and implement the new standards.
