Id碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)蛋白(分化或DNA结合抑制因子)是一组可以促进细胞增殖的碱性HLH转录子的负向调节子。近来的研究表明,Id蛋白特别是Id-1同样可以促进细胞的增殖及细胞周期的进展,多种人类肿瘤有Id-1的表达,其表达水平与肿瘤的进展有关。Id-1在人类肿瘤的异位表达可以诱导细胞的增殖并保护细胞不发生凋亡。大量的证据表明,Id-1是细胞生长的正性调节因子,它的表达很可能是肿瘤细胞增殖的一个关键性因子。本文主要介绍上述各方面的有关进展。
The Id basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) protein (differentiation or DNA binding inhibitor) is a set of negative regulators of a group of basic HLH transcripts that promote cell proliferation. Recent studies have shown that Id-1, especially Id-1, can also promote cell proliferation and cell cycle progression. Id-1 is expressed in many human cancers and its expression is related to tumor progression. Ectopic expression of Id-1 in human tumors can induce cell proliferation and protect cells from apoptosis. There is ample evidence that Id-1 is a positive regulator of cell growth and that its expression is likely to be a key factor in tumor cell proliferation. This article mainly introduces the relevant progress in all the above aspects.
