本文采用同步记录ECG,PCG和CPT的方法,测定了55名健康男青年在安静状态、握力负荷、踏车负荷及负荷后即刻的心缩间期(STI)值,分析了STI与心率的相互关系。结果表明,当静力性负荷为40%最大握力时,STI与心率的关系不发生明显变化,而在踏车负荷和负荷停止后即刻,STI与心率之间的回归关系都发生了显著改变。提示在评价和比较动力性负荷的STI反应时,选用运动中或运动终止后即刻的回归方程来对心率进行校正,方能更准确地反映血流动力学变化。本文提供的回归方程可资参考。
In this paper, the simultaneous recording of ECG, PCG and CPT was used to measure the STI of 55 healthy young men in quiet state, grip load, treadmill load and load immediately. The relationship between STI and heart rate relationship. The results showed that the relationship between STI and heart rate did not change significantly when the static load was 40% of the maximum grip strength. However, the regression relationship between STI and heart rate changed significantly after the load and the load were stopped. It is suggested that in evaluating and comparing the STI response of dynamic load, the regression equation of exercise or termination of exercise should be used to correct the heart rate to reflect hemodynamic changes more accurately. The regression equation provided in this paper is available for reference.
