一、前言我矿是在原小窑基础上,简易投产的,无矿井设计,井巷工程布局较乱,虽经一系列的技术改造,年产量达到30万吨,但由于邻近河流、水库,加之地面建筑物分散,以上共压煤600余万吨,随着国民经济的发展,煤炭产量远不能满足需要,因而有计划地解放水下及建筑物下煤炭资源,对挖掘矿井生产潜力,延长矿井寿命,充分开采和利用地下资源和扭转过去由于“四人帮”的破坏造成采掘失调现象,有一定现实意义。而在老巷较多地区(巷道总长1310m,面积为3930m~2)及河沟下面搞条采,能否达到良好
