目的:观察射干总黄酮对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法:通过维甲酸造成骨质疏松模型,观察50~200 mg/kg射干总黄酮对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学、骨形态计量学的影响。结果:100~200 mg/kg射干总黄酮可剂量依赖性地增加骨质疏松大鼠骨密度、改善骨生物力学指标以及骨小梁厚度,并具有性激素及促性腺激素样作用。结论:射干总黄酮提取物对维甲酸造成的骨质疏松具有改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of total flavonoids of Shegan on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats. Methods: Osteoporosis model was induced by retinoic acid and the effects of total flavonoids (50-200 mg / kg) on the bone mineral density, bone biomechanics and bone morphometry of osteoporosis rats were observed. Results: Total flavonoids (100-200 mg / kg) could increase the bone mineral density, improve the biomechanical parameters and trabecular thickness in a dose-dependent manner in a dose-dependent manner and had the effects of sex hormone and gonadotropin. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Radix Astragali can improve osteoporosis caused by retinoic acid.
