For me, “purple talk ” is a chance to get me close to employees and listen to employees’ voices as the staff allow. In daily work, chatting with them when colleagues / staff are unprepared frequently scares colleagues or gives a clumsy, embarrassed anomaly. An appointment with a colleague / employee would be interviewed too formally and mistaken for mistakes. Really a very difficult thing for both parties. “Purple talk ” is an ideal solution to chatting with each other in a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere, not only saying what you want to say without any burden, but also narrowing the psychological distance between the two sides. For me, the experience of “purple talk ” is fun and useful, and I do not see the answer or the solution to the problem raised in “purple talk ”, but at least I’ve heard These problems, these issues to mind. Through communication and discussion with other senior executives, these problems and problems can be ameliorated through the establishment of a system or a policy. - Formerly established media China CEO is now GroupM China CEO BESSIE Li Qian Ling
